From the time I was little, I had dreams of scary people in my grandma's house. There would be people trying to kill me in her basement, chasing me upstairs to the second floor and pushing me over the side of the railing.
One time I had this dream that I was running into one of the rooms at the end of the hall and the wall blew away. The face of an old man appeared sort of ripply like I was looking into a puddle. Then lightening appeared and very strong winds blew through the house.
"Leave me and my wife alone!" the face yelled,"Go away!" Then the face turned into a figure which started walking towards me. It was wearing a red and green plaided shirt with red suspenders holding on to dark grey pants that reached the top of his white shoes. His hair was a very bright white and was receeding to the back of his head.
When I told my cousin Jeana about this, she told me she had the excact same dream. Then I told my uncle about what had happened my cousin Jeana and me. He told me that a man had stopped by my grandma's house that looked like the person that I had described.
"He stopped by the house and asked to use the phone." My uncle told me,"Then he sat at the dining room table and held your great grandma's hands and told her how much of a good christian woman she was, letting him use her phone. The man sat there talking to her for awhile then got up to leave. 'Thanks for letting me use your phone, maybe I'll be back later to pay a visit.' the man said. Then he left and we never seen him again." My uncle finished.
There were many stories that my uncles told me about the house they grew up in, like the stuff that happened when they were all alone. How they heard noises up on the second floor, and how something would tap them on the shoulder, but would dissapear when they turned to see who it was. I've had many things happen to me in that house, but that was the one I remember the most.
